I just feel the need to describe my daily life on a blog and see if anyone finds it funny or interesting. But mostly funny, I like being funny!

The Flu
Well, I didn't write for awhile because we had the women's retreat where we decided that parenting is impossible and you can never really do it right. And then the night that I got home Janae woke up barfing in the middle of the night. But that was only after I was also up with Lou who needed her binky, Anna, who had a bad dream, Travis was sleepwalking which woke up Baby Ryan, then Janae was having an earache so I tried giving her a hot cornbag but that didn't help so we tried an ice pack instead. That helped a little but she was still just crying in her bed so I moved her to the chair so she was sitting more upright because I've heard that helps with ear aches. I also gave her a triple dose of infants ibuprofen because I didn't have any children's. She finally stopped crying and I went back to my bed but I laid there feeling sorry for her and worrying that she might be scared out there alone in the living room so I brought my pillow out and fell asleep on the couch. Only to wake up to Baby Ryan crying again. I got him settled and decided Janae would be fine now that she was sleeping good so I went back to my own bed. Next thing I know Janae is beside me saying she is sick. She thankfully made it to the tile and mostly to the toilet and threw up. So I got the big fluffy sleeping bag and her pillow and two pillow pets and special Minnie blanket and her cup and tucked her in on the floor beside our bed. Then we were up puking every hour or less after that. I already strongly believe that television is a gift to parents from the Lord but especially on sick days. We literally spent the whole day watching Netflix. It was miserable and awesome at the same time. So since then we have been catching up on school and rest and Ben and I also went away for a night to celebrate our ninth anniversary which was AMAZING!
