A quiet day

Today does not fit with my previous posts.  Some normal things still went on of course, like Lou coloring on the coffee table and dumping half the bottle of salsa on her plate at lunch. And Travis throwing bark chips in her eyes when they were playing out back.  But the majority of the day was really quiet.  I had coffee with Jess this morning and the kids did their morning school.  Then the girls and I baked cookies together and I got my whole room cleaned and vacuumed during batches baking.  Travis and I sat down and laughed together while watching almost all of Nacho Libre.  I had gotten the sewing machine out for the girls and they happily sewed scraps of fabric together without fighting the whole time and Lou napped through it all.  I also had coffee with Amy who is here now and we are going to watch a movie  and have popcorn with the Kids.  Super nice, calm day!  Even though Rudy rolled in something nasty and I have to go hose him off now before the movie!
